ENTRY INFO

 
To enter the 2025 awards please download the entry forms here or by clicking on the button on the right. This gives you access to all of the entry forms via a Dropbox link (you do not need to have a Dropbox account to access this).  Each entry form contains all of the information you need to complete your entries, but please ensure you read them in full before you make any entries, as they are all slightly different!

  1. Download and complete the relevant entry form(s) and save to your computer
  2. Prepare audio (MP3 files only)
  3. Ensure your entry has been signed off by the Head of News at your station

Email your entries to [email protected] ensuring that:

  1. You send one entry per email
  2. The subject reads – category name followed by station name i.e. Best News Special Award, 105.5 Radio FM
  3. Attach the entry form (Word Doc) Audio (MP3 file) and any supporting material (PDF files only)
  4. Attach a station logo (JPG, PNG or GIF) and station sweeper for use if nominated
  5. Ensure you receive confirmation from us (usually within 48 hours). Do not chase us before 48 hours has expired. 
  6. Closing date for entries is 5pm on Tuesday 14th January 2025.
  7. Submitted audio must be ‘as broadcast’; entries may be edited from a longer programme but the edit points must be clearly audible.
  8. Supplementary photographic, promotional and other evidence including video of 10 minutes (max) duration should only be submitted if the entrant believes it will enhance their entry. This should be submitted as a single PDF document and video should be uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo and a link supplied within your entry form.
  9. Each entry must be under 20mb.
